Set Up
Put players in front of the cage with balls, and have them only put their top hand on the stick. Have them find an area about halfway up the shaft to hold.. refer back to our shooting demo video about grip. Players will step to the cage and shoot with that 1 hand only.
Coaching Points and Principles
- Make sure the head of the stick is pointing at an angle towards the sky. Dont let it get flat!
