Set up
Start in a 1-4-1 and initiate from a wing to X pass. The X player will carry to opposite side, while the inside crease player pops off and fills the space they just left behind the goal. At the same time, the player who started the play, will cut to the middle setting a pick for the far side crease player. The ball Carrier at X throws to teammate popping off, who then finds the teammate inside popping around the pick.
