1v1 Shooting with Chaser

Summary

This drill will get players allow players to read their defender while working on attacking the cage from the wing. Set the players up on the side of the field, with 2 lines. The offensive line is about 2 steps ahead of the defensive line. Put another cone about 5-8 yards away on the wing. On the whistle, both players run to the top cone as coach throws a ball into the offensive player. The defensive player can do 1 of 3 things:
1. Approach High Side
2. Approach Low Side
3. Approach Neutral
