Set Up
Put cones down the width of the field, in a straight line. Put players into groups of 3,4, or 5. Each player will be at a cone and have a ball. The first player starts the drill, and will run through every player, making a dodge at each. We want to work on some recognition here too
- If the defenders stick is straight out, roll dodge
- If the defenders stick is flat, jab step or split dodge
Once the player goes through the last defender they will now be a defender at the end cone, and a new player starts.
