Set Up
Put a line of players at X and another player about 5 yards above goal line with balls. players will cut towards goal line to get a pass and finish inside!
Coaching Points & Principles
- Cut with your stick up, target
- Catch and keep stick close to body for protection
- Quick release and finish in front of the cage
