Summary

A more modern style of pairs sets to field lacrosse, that mimics box style play

Note: For any team set, we suggest to use for spacing. We always want our players to be able to read and play off another, finding and exploiting space. If we become to predictable with set motions, defense will counter quickly. Lacrosse Drive concepts are designed to be a starting point and concept ideas. Coaches should modify to their players age and skill level to what they see fit for their players

Set Up

You will place an attack player at X, 2 offensive players on either wing, and the other 3 offensive players on opposite wing. Initiate with your 2-player game, and have the 3 backside players move in a motion that keeps the defense on their toes. The player at attack can be used as an exchange to swing the ball to opposite side or can attack and create offense with another player in their own 2-player game.
