Founder of Faceoff Factory / Faceoff Specialist
Joe Nardella, founder of Faceoff Factory, is a renowned faceoff specialist with an impressive career spanning professional and collegiate lacrosse. A two-time PLL champion with the Whipsnakes (2019-2022), he has consistently dominated at the faceoff X, earning All-Star honors in both the PLL and MLL. In the NLL, he posted a 58% faceoff win rate in 2023 and an outstanding 67% in 2022. A Rutgers graduate (Class of 2015), Nardella was a standout collegiate player, earning Academic All-American and 3rd Team All-American honors, as well as being named BIG Specialist of the Year and a Tewaaraton Watch List nominee. His expertise in faceoffs has made him a leader in developing the next generation of players through Faceoff Factory.
