
SET UP
On one side of the field, set up a small box around the crease area using cones about 5-8 yards apart. Create a separate box on the outside that is around the retraining box areas. The inside group will work on push passes, getting the ball in and out of their sticks quick, while the outside box works on Give and Gos. Players follow their pass, feet are always moving!Run both directions for 3-4 minutes, then switch the groups so the inside group is now on the outside, and outside now on the inside.
