An inside finishing drill focused on stick protection and deception for goal scoring
Set Up
Put a line of players at GLE with balls, and another line about 10 yards in front of the goal. The first player in the GLE line will run ups to the first player in the top line, and then quickly change direction back to the goal. That player in the top line will chase and look for a trail check. The cutter must receive a good pass from, the low line, and use deception and stick protection to finish inside

- Inside Finishing – Keep the stick close to the ears, no big loads and uses quick fakes to finish
