Set up

Create 4 gates using cones around the scoring are of the goal using cones. Put a player at each gate, and if you have additional players, they can go to the middle. It starts with a pass from a player carrying from a gate a to a new player, leaving they gate open. The ball must move in 1-2 passes to player at another gate. A player from the middle, can fill that space the ball carrier just left. Continue for 3-5 minutes, stopping when needed to talk about awareness and spacing

  • NO Gates OPEN! make sure gates are filled so you can receive a pass

  • Add in multiple balls for more experienced players
