Set Up
Put 1 line up top, and an offense and defense player in t crease area. Player up top starts by getting a ground ball, and the defender on crease will slide upfield. The offense player on crease must move/pop to space to receive a pass and finish an inside shot

- Emphasize ground ball mechanics. getting head up to find your teammate to make a quick pass
- defense slide with stick up ij passing lanes
- Off ball teammate pop to open space and clean passing lane
