Set Up
Put your players in groups of 5 on the side lines, every line has a ball. The first player in line is the offense, and the second player in line is the trail defender. The defender rolls the ball in play, and the offense must to accelerate through. The trail defender will chase, light pressure and shade 1 side. As the offense scoops they must feel that pressure and roll or curl to the opposite open space. Once they get hands free, they will make a pass to the second player in line, who will be the next trail defender. Repeat for 5-6 minutes
