Set up
Place 4 defenders in their zone area positions. If you have 4 goalies, use them, but you can use addition defenders or coaches to fill In if you need. Coach will shoot a ball in, and then all 4 goalies will make a pass to a defender breaking out into their positional area for a clear. Put 4 new players In and repeat
