Set Up
Put a line on goal line extended that has all the balls. Start another player/line on the crease. The player with the ball, will initiate by moving their feet like a bounce, getting their hands up for a pass. The player on the crease will pop off high on the crease, for a catch and quick quick release. After players get some reps on air, we add in defense to create a decision making element to the drill.
Coaching Points and Principles
- The passer must move their feet making the pass, don’t stand still
- The player on crease should be floating into space, not away from teammate
