Set Up
Put a cone about 5 yards away from goal on Goal Line Extended, and another cone 2-3 yards ahead of that. The players will start on 1 leg and one hand on their stick with it forward. They will then take 3 steps, drive off the inside foot, and get a shot off getting their hips and shoulders back to the goal.
Coaching Points and Principles
- Make sure they are planting off that inside foot
- Get your hands in a comfortable loaded position, shooting overhand
- Finish high to low
- Get hips and Shoulders back to cage
