Set Up
Place 2 attack players behind the cage, and 1 on the crease. Add 2 midfielder on the high wings and 1 on the crease. The midfield and attack should think about their triangle for spacing principles. More likely than not, the offense will be attacking the alleys in this set due to how we are stretching the defense and the middle of the field being full
