A basic cycle you can use to introduce movement into your man up unit
Set Up
Put your players in a 3-3, here is how the rotation works
- Initiates with a low pipe Carry up to the wing
- Crease players rolls off and fills that space they just left
- Point player Cuts down into the crease
- High wing drifts over to the point area
- Backside players (Pipe and high wing) are moving around in their are trying to find a passing lane
- You can continue this cycle as many times, or reverse it and do on opposite side after 1 rep
Looks
- The ball carrier who starts, needs to read the defense. If they Follow up with them, look for the throwback. IOf they pass them off, pass it forward
- Pass back low
- Look for crease or diagonal
- Pass forward
- Look for the pass right back to wing, or one of the opposite drift players
