Set Up
Put your players guarded by LSM on the high wing. A midfielder on crease and another midfield on opposite high wing. There will be an attack man low corner to support dodger, and then the other 2 on opposite low crease side
Bring your cream midfielder up to set a pick on ball carrier. We want to get down the alley and pass to nearby attack man. The player who made the pick, should seal off the LSM and then cut hard to the goal. We want the ball to go from ball carrier, to adjacent attackman, to cutter finishing on the crease. The other 3 players should be moving around trying to control their own defenders
