Set Up
Put the players in 4 lines around the cage, int he shape of the diamond. The players will pass the ball around the perimeter, but before a player receives a pass, they must make a v-cut to get open
Coaching Points & Principles
- V-Cuts – break inside and then plant and explode back outside making a v-shape move
- Passing – Pass the ball to the outside, to the teammate can catch moving away from the middle
- Stick Protection – keep the stick to the outside and exchange hands to make a good pass
