Faceoff Wing Spacing Principles

Summary

A general rule of thumb for where your wing players should be in relation to a tied up faceoff

Set Up

If you play on a field that also has girls lacrosse or soccer lines, use that center circle as a landmark. Players should be boxing out in that general area. Too close, they risk disrupting their teammates escape, and too far away you are away from any ground ball action.

I players feel like they are getting pushed or drive in too close, they can remove and reset where they want to gain the advantage using a box out
