Here is a great routine to use for any goalie warm up
- Stretch/Play Catch to start (without coach)
- Arc Shots (Vary at each)
- High
- Mid
- Low
- 5-10 Minutes of total shots on cage
- Incorporate outlet passes, like a quarter back. Not flat footed
- NOTE: Slower shots can be a negative
- Take Turns with other goalies
- End with Rapid Fire – 5-10 Shots as High Pace
