Goalie Warm Up Framework w/ Brian Phipps

Here is a great routine to use for any goalie warm up

  1. Stretch/Play Catch to start (without coach)
  2. Arc Shots (Vary at each)
    1. High
    2. Mid
    3. Low
  3. 5-10 Minutes of total shots on cage
  4. Incorporate outlet passes, like a quarter back. Not flat footed
  5. NOTE: Slower shots can be a negative
  6. Take Turns with other goalies
  7. End with Rapid Fire – 5-10 Shots as High Pace
