Set Up
Put players in a 1-4-1, and make sure the personnel are in the right spots
- Invert Player (R or L)
- Point Player (Same as Invert, need to be the same R or L)
- Left wing – RH
- Right Wing – LH
- Mirror – Attack
- Picker – Any hand
have the player carry to strong hand, and as that’s happening the mirror pops off back side behind goal. The Opposite wing will crash the middle in a V-Cut, and the other crease player sets a pick. As the ball moves from X to wing, the player on crease follows off the pick and looks for a quick feed/shot inside.
If that look is covered, pass to the point player, and dodge the opposite alley/wing
