Set Up

Put 3 lines up top, 2 high wing and 1 in middle. Start the balls on the wings, and have players dodge the alley. They will either bounce and quarterback through to the adjacent teammate or roll away and throw back. The middle line is the exchange line, they will recieve and quickly move the ball to the far line for a step down shot. Dodger goes to exchange line, exchange goes to shooting, and shooter would go to dodging line

Coaching Points and Principles

  • Communicate, call “1 More” for every pass
  • Dodgers need to bounce away, don’t be lazy throwing the ball back
  • Exchange – Move the ball quick, in and out of your stick
  • Shooters, try to catch and shoot in a loaded position

Progressions

  • Initiate from other side
  • Add in challenges for the shooters (targets, etc..)
