A good drill to emphasize getting your head up after a groundball to find a teammate!
Set Up
Put a line of player up top, and another on the low crease. Player will an accelerate through. groundball, and make a pass to the teammate, who is cutting to the ball!
Coaching Points and Principles
- Accelerate through the groundball
- Get head up quick to find teammate
- Off Ball, cut/move to teammate
- Finish inside with a quick high to low shot
