Set Up
Put your playing in a line on the low wing, and use a cone on the opposite GLE side of the goal. The players will side run as if they are guarding a a player, run OVER the back of the goal and when they get to the Cone, the will swing their top leg and close the gate, continue running east west until you reach the next cone
