Set Up
Put a line of defense at the point and 1 on each wing. Add 4 offensive lines in the 4 corner of the box. Coach has balls outside and blows whistle, the defense must get in, find the player who received pass from coach, and play a live 4v3
Coaching Points & principles
- Offense must move the ball quick and pass the ball to pressure (where the slide comes from)
- Defense must slide/recover and communicate
