Set Up

Start the players on the pipe, and get in a ready position. They will run behind the Goal (Over the Goal) and get to the other pipe. We are working on turning our hips and running, so as the player gets over the goal, they need to get their hips turned upfield and run!

Coaching Points & Principles

  • Stay in a ready and athletic position, stick out!
  • Don’t shuffle, we should be running through the entire drill
  • We are working on getting upfield when chasing a player through X
