Set Up

Create a small area on the field, with 2 goals at opposite ends from each other (if only 1 goal, that is OK). Split the group up into 2 teams, and start with a 2v1 inside the playing area. The 2 offensive players will play keep away, until they make 5 consecutive passes (or you can use a time limit (30 seconds). Once they complete, the last player withe the ball will take a shot on the goal. Coach will pass a ball in to the secondary offensive player for a second shot, on the opposite goal (or same goal if only using 1). If the defender wins with a takeaway, they can go score on the goal. Once play ends, get new players in and flip O to D.

  • Defense – keep stick up try to make it hard for players to complete a pass
  • Teamwork!
