Set Up
Put a line of players on one side of goal line extended with the balls. Add 3 players up top like an umbrella look, a 4th player on opposite lower GLE area, and 1 players on high crease. The 1st player in line with balls, will make a pass to adjacent high wing and the ball will move through the next 3 players. The crease will catch a pass from Lowe GLE player off a cut, and finish in tight. Players will move to the line they passed to.
Coaching Points & Principles
- Move the ball quick! should be an uptempo level drill
- Communicate 1 More! off every pass
- Cut on crease to catch and finish with quick release
