Set Up
Put the players in a single line, next to the cage, and put a goalie in the net. Have the players all start with their own ball, and roll out to themselves. They will scoop the ground ball while continuing to run in front of the goal, and get a good shot finished while squared with the cage. As they finish their shot, they will backpedal back to end of the line
Coaching Points and Principles
- Finishing around the 8, get your hands up and look for a quick release
- Continue running through the shot, don’t stop!
