T Drill – Split Dodges w/ Twizzlers

Set up

Put your players in groups of 4-5 in lines. About 5 yards away, use 4 cones to make the shape of the top of a lower case (t). The player first in line starts with the ball and carries to the first cone. They will split and exchange hands and move to the cone on that side. Once they get to the cone, they will make a twizzler pass back to their next teammate in line. From there they will cut to the top on the T cone, and do a quick give and go pass back to their next teammate in line

  • Split Dodge – Working on our hand exchange
  • Twizzler – An underhand shovel pass working on our hand/skill work
  • Passing – Making passes while moving in small areas
