Set Up
Put the goalie in cage with all the balls, and a defensive line of players on each side. Add 2 players at the midfield line as outlets like a ladder clear. On the whistle, the 2 adjacent defender break out to the low wings. Goalie will outlet to one of them, they will catch, roll away, and throw an over pass to other defender. They will move the ball up to the alley support teammate. Players go from low corner to outlet up top

- Clearing and Outlets
- Long Passes – Move our feet, don’t catch or throw flat footed!
- Goalie communicate, “OVER” or over pass and “UP” for outlet
