Set Up
Put players in groups of 3 on the sideline, and have them each be an about 5-8 yards away from each other. Start the ball in the middle line, and they will pass the ball forward. They will follow their pass, and set a pick for their teammate to get top side. Repeat until you get to the other side of the field
