Set Up
Put player in a single line, and use another line of field about 5 yards away. Players will do 3 reps of each progression
- Break Down
- Break Down, Backpedal
- Breakdown, Backpedal, and Shuffle
- Breakdown, Backpedal, Open w/ Side Run
