Set Up

Put 1 lines on each side of the goal with balls, and a cone about 5-8 yards on high crease. The first player in line starts the drill. by running to the cone and then dive back down receiving a pass from opposite line for shot. The teammate who just made the pass, is now cutting to cone, and diving to opposite side

Coaching Points & Principles

  • Passer – Move your feet, don’t make a pass standing still
  • Cut Hard to your teammate. Change direction and explode to get the pass
  • Inside finishing – change planes, and finish inside piped
